I am an experienced leader who is passionate about people, customers and driving positive change. I have a proven track record of embedding change, engaging people and delivering outcomes for customers, employees and shareholders.

I have a genuine interest in business improvement and am passionate about driving the opportunities that exist within a business.

People are an integral part of successful change and I am able to utilise my experience in Human Centred Design, Lean, change management and various project methodologies to deliver Customer, Cost and People outcomes.

I have a passion for lifelong learning and have recently finished my second post-graduate qualification. When not working, you are most likely to find my wife and I completing some of the great treks worldwide or renovating our workers cottage.
